Madison Ballroom

The Madison Ballroom features original hardwood floors, exposed bricks, and wooden beams. Its large open floor plan includes garage doors opening onto a front deck, seamlessly blending indoors and outdoors. The handicap-accessible ballroom has a 250-person capacity, a bar, a staging area, three projectors, and an audio-visual system, making it perfect for hosting large events like receptions, galas, weddings, and fundraisers.

Cottage Grove Lounge & Mezz

The Cottage Grove Lounge & Mezz is the perfect space for hosting events such as graduation parties, birthday parties, showers, fundraisers, and micro weddings. Accommodating up to 80 people the space includes a small side porch, an AV system, and the option to add a mobile bar area.

The Mezz, located above the lounge, offers stunning 360-degree views of the surrounding neighborhood, with the option to extend your party onto The Rooftop Garden. Both spaces are handicap accessible.

As a communal space, outside catering is allowed in the Cottage Grove Lounge & Mezz.

Rooftop Garden

Surrounded by lush trees and plants, the Rooftop Garden offers great views of the neighborhood and is the perfect space for entertaining up to 40 people outdoors. It’s outfitted with tables and comfortable seating and also has access to bathrooms and a sound system. Open for three seasons, it also features a firepit for chilly nights.

The Rooftop Garden must be booked as an add-on to the Cottage Lounge and Mezzanine. The Rooftop garden cannot be rented individually.

As a communal space, outside catering is allowed on the Rooftop Garden.
